Sales Director (Pacific Northwest and Southwest U.S. Territories)

Responsibilities:

Sales Directors are responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business as well as expanding revenue with established customers within their region.

  • Develop and build CounterTack business in assigned region
  • Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts
  • Present CounterTack vision, strategy, and technology to executives and technical stakeholders
  • Maintain effective business relationships with customers and prospects
  • Develop and manage sufficient pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Establish access and relationships with key decision makers
  • Qualify and understand prospect security requirements and priorities
  • Effectively Manage demonstration and Proof of Concept activities with prospective customers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience with significant experience selling cyber security solutions to large enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets
  • Successful experience in high growth start-up environments
  • Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives
  • Highly effective presentation and closing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dynamic, high-energy self-starter
  • Ability to travel approximately 2 to 3 days per week (depending on region).
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
